Three weeks ago I ordered parts by phone, namely LNL limit switch (micro switch) and a limit cam. The person took my order and all my info and said it would take 7-10 days. Now after 5 calls that I had to leave messages, I find out that they don't have the parts and don't know when they will come in...and the Vesta chair lift is useless. What can you do to help me.
