It has become blindingly obvious the Ancestry.com no longer listens to customer issues raised via its own sites. So many people are complaining about the round window on the profile page, they hate it. Ancestry’s answer to these concerns is an update advising how to crop your photos to fit a round window nobody seems to like. The only people who seem to be thinking the New Ancestry is best thing since sliced bread appear to be employed by Ancestry themselves. JP

Perhaps you'd like to add your name to the petition to Save Old Ancestry. It doesn't require that you cancel your subscription. We're just trying to be heard. http://www.thepetitionsite.com/600/803/575/save-ancestrycom-classic/

Thank you, I'm not against the new features, in fact I'm switching between old & new. Yes, quick edit is there, but it doesn't have the show family members, which I am currently using while I delete some of the more distantly connected names I've added over the years. I will be staying with Ancestry.com even when access to the old site is withdrawn.
