If you paid by pay pal or credit card take pictures of you receive- will be wrong colour, size. The workmanship will be terrible. Do full report on any correspondence with them. Send all to credit card company and they will get back your money for you. The max with will be offered from the scammers is 14% refund

I have an item on order from them and I am very sceptical. Their phone number is permanently on answerphone with no branding, their live chat is permanently offline, when I have had a reply from them via email it was like some stoned teenager. They requested a desired delivery date at the time of order, which they just missed. When I said that I wanted a refund they promptly sent me a message saying it was despatched and provided a tracking number through RPX Online, which appears to be genuine.
I honestly expect to get some old rag in the mail; I've no idea what action I can take if they rip me off.
