Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Annebridals staff and previous consumers.
I initially saw a dress they were selling via preownedweddingdresses.com, and the price as well as what seemed ok photos made me choose them. I figured since the actual dress was already tried on in a bridal salon, it was just a matter of buying the right size. They claimed to have the tags on the dress, but the actual dress tag on their dress had a subtle difference from an actual Pronovias dress (which is what I thought I was ordering). They purposely post stock photos, then photos of the dress they're sending you in sometimeish light, resolution and detail. Their hope is you won't notice the difference when you get the dress, but if you are more familiar with the product than not (which was my case), you'll definitely notice the cheaper grade of tulle, different design details and tag difference from the real thing. STAY AWAY!
No phone number or address (PO box only), and only a free yahoo email address. Responded to messages, but Selling fake dresses, in my experience based on the dress I received and the dress tried on in a bridal salon. Cheap tulle, different design details and dress tag details than I saw on the legitimate dress. I got a refund, but I didn't tell them I believed it was fake until I received my money back. Getting shipping and restocking fees back took a whole day of going back and forth, definitely not worth the hassle and fraudulent foolishness. Just STAY AWAY.
A scam, in my personal, horrible, experience, sell counterfeit dresses. I got a refund and they act nice via messaging (their only contact), but the dress I received was NOT the same dress that was tried on in a bridal salon prior to buying online. Cheap tulle, different design details and subtle difference in Pronovias tag than what I later saw on legit dresses. STAY AWAY!
