I agree with you... ARAMEX is a $#*! scam! They have no processes in place, no procedures, no customer care and no phone where you can speak! My package booked on 29 May has yet to be delivered. Never ever use ARAMEX

Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.

They never will, they don't care. If it's a purchase, tell the seller you want a refund. IF it shows up months from now, keep it.

You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
