Absolutely not possible, you'll be kept on hold for ages and if lucky will be answered by someone who doesn't understand English
They don't answer their phone. If you want to contact the office, you have to go directly to the office and wait in line.
Impossible, three weeks to get one reply, nothing after that. Filed an official complaint but now crusading online to address their terrible service and fraudulent behaviour
