Why is azcentral / as republic so lame? Don't they know they are part of a dying institution? You would think they would step up thier game. Specifically customer service. Over the past few years every time I had interactions with the Phoenix office I came away disappointed. Most times they were flat out rude. A couple years ago I did speak to some management type in the Midwest who was good and gave good service. After my last interaction this summer I canceled my subscription after 41 years. A friend convinced me to get their digital service to support local journalism. For $10 I went for it. I have nothing but challenges logging in. Where is one suppose to get help. Emails went unanswered. Why is azcentral and the Arizona Republic so lame?
