on 4/7/15You have been BAMBOOZALED. Contact your credit card company an report them as a fraud and dispute the charge. If you did not receive a tracking number then you will not receive your items, CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
I had difficulty getting anyone to answer emails and phone messages. There IS a customer service department but they didn't respond to my issues until I posted this negative review.
Good luck trying to get a response. I tried for over a month because they wrongfully cancelled my order because they didn't want to sell items at the advertised price. Still no response.
