Your store policy is when you spend $200, you receive a $5.00 reward. My question is when I EARN that reward, and I purchase something and later have to return it, why is my reward taken away? Today I returned a pair of shoes that were $24.99, minus the Monday discount of 15% (TOTAL of $21.24, add a tax of 6.3%, total 22.58). My return receipt came to the amount of $18.28. So something that you spend money to earn (the subject here is EARNED) why is it taken away? Is this even Legal? I would like an explanation of this policy.
