You can't really "delete" it. You can piss off the administrator, and he will delete it. I did it by changing all of my information to some place NOT my home. Then I deleted all but my main pic. Then... I changed my pic with that of something not me, really way out, I think I toaster. They got angry, and deleted my account. These are NOT professionals!
Personally, I would contact your credit card company and contest the bill for services not provided, then cancel the card and ask the bank to issue a new one.
It will delete after 90 days of no use. If you want it done sooner, read their TOS and what will get your account violated/closed, such as politics and auch... then post a violation item. Usually within 24 hours your account will disappear. I know because that's what I did! Otherwise your request will be ignored
I have read that is you avertize a business on your profile it one way to get them to delete your account

I wanted my account closed ASAP, and after a month of asking, I looked for other alternatives because I didn't want to wait 90 days of inactivity for it to self delete. I looked at their Terms of Service and saw what would get it closed - so, I picked something political and posted it in my profile, and that's all it said. Within hours, my profile was gone. Had I thought of that 30 days before, I would have been gone then!
