In short, NO.
We waited over six weeks only to have our chandelier arrive broken in numerous places.
The exterior is the box was intact, the styrofoam cradle was damaged inside the box, indicating damage during packaging and not shipping.
Customer service is non existent.
I will never shop Beautiful Halo again!
