I placed an order and it would not accept my credit card, the next day I placed the order again with a different card, it went thru and I received my order, it was horrible, yellow was a nasty greeny gold, the 2 red items were at opposite ends of the spectrum, I called and emailed and returned the merchandise the following day. I now have my credit card statement and have been charged twice. I have sent 6 emails, both on the site and thru email. I tried to call the US based customer service # and it is not in service. BEWARE if you deal with this webstore. The fight continues...

I finally received my costume 24 days after ordering, it took me charging back on my American Express, after doing this I received my costume in two days. I had to call the check out people in Ohio. My costume was a special order, the skirt is three inches smaller than I ordered. Once again I emailed with no response from them. I will say their prices can't be beat, the costumes are nice. I would like to know by what method were you able to actually receive customer service? The number for U.S. is of no help. Hopefully, if I order from them again I will have a better experience. It is encouraging to hear the positive feed back from others.
