Unfortunately not, dealing with this company has been the single worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with in my 44 years on this planet. Read all the reviews all over the internet then run.

If booking a cruise with you with a dep. of 198$ now. if we cannot get the time off from work. can we get our 198$ back & no other fees? thx tony

Answer:

No you will not get your money back. They charge you a cancellation fee even if the cruise company you are booked with does not charge a fee. I had a terrible experience. Priceline and other companies match their prices s definitely avoid this scamming company, go to a more reputable one. Our vacation dollars are important, don't let this company ruin your vacation before you even leave. They were terrible to me, I escalated and every management level going up the chain had the same terrible customer service and scamming attitude. AVOID jus get price matches...
