Yes it is a scam. I spent over $350 to ensure domestic shipping and they email be back saying they need another $110 for a "city permit" stamp so it can be shipped discreetly. I unwisely sent the $110, and two days later I was emailed again saying the agent who went to mail my package was arrested and I need to send another $3500 so their attourney can "figure out" how to keep me out of trouble with law enforcement. They just keep asking for more money for different reasons until you finally realize what you've done. Stay away, there's plenty other legit RC sites. The prices may be higher but they actually sell product.
