If i sign up monthly, can i sign up for a month (4 sessions), then cancel? some reviews have indicated cancellation is not easy so that concerns me

Hi Tammy! Yes, you can cancel your account as soon as after completing your 4th session in your first month. We have a 24-hr policy when it comes to the cancelation of sessions/accounts so please ensure that you process your cancelation request at least 24 hours before your next scheduled bill date. I need speech therapy for my daughter but i am having doubts on virtual therapy. what assurance do i have that this will work for her?

I had a 30 minute consult on friday and the pathologist does not take patients at this time. i am asking for a refund of $59. thank you.
