I kept getting knocked off my bidding site. They overbilled me by $149.95 and said it will take two weeks for me to get my money back. The contact e-mail they gave me does not work. Think it is a total scam

It depends on how much you bid to win a pack of bids. Which... sounds redundant, i know.
