You typically pick them up at the main Welcome Center on the Branson strip. It is located across from Walmart. There are also options to pick them up at the theater, but going to the Welcome Center will get you all of them in one stop. Once you have purchased online from the site, you will receive a confirmation letter and itinerary that will detail everything for you.
