on 10/18/15Start leaving bad reviews everywhere you can. They wouldnt even acknowledge me until i started leaving bad reviews on multiple sites, then they refunded my money

Keep sending them. After six months I received a credit voucher which actually works on the bravofly site (which includes any travel they offer on their site; it included travel in the states!)
Don't know the answer to that one as my problem was I made a mistake when booking and no way would they entertain a refund sorry
