I have been trying for the past two days to apply for an extension on my book. When you try for the extension you get a message that says it is not you, it is us and that they are having server issues. There is a number to call but the message says they are not offering phone customer service any longer and that you should email them at
Help@campusbookrental.com but when I sent an email I got a return message that said...

Wth... how are you supposed to conduct business with a company that is obviously no longer in business???
