What if we are unhappy with the quality of the print? Do we get a refund if returned?

Dear Briana C! Thank you for posting your question. When goods are not satisfactory for the reason the customer is eligible for free replacement print (prints) or full refund. Please check the terms on canvasdiscount.com website

They say yes, I say no. Extremely unresponsive and customer service seems to be a canned response to requests that they issue refunds.
