I sent in my cards on 12/27, it's now been 8 days and I have yet to get any kind of confirmation that my cards were received by them. Anyone else have this issue?

I would be surprised if you hear back from this company. Its a scam. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a response to my issue and zero response.

One off their private #'s is 925-226-9988; also 800-240-6188 and 415-419-8787. Did you try emailing them @support@cardpool.com. Did you contact your bank/credit card issuer?

Yes, I have had the same thing. I sent 3 separate orders and none have been confirmed as having received. I have a feeling Cardpool is having financial difficulties and will be going under soon.
