Question:

Ordered a transmission. they processed the credit card payment but no indication order was shipped and cannot get to customer service. what next?

Answer:

I am sorry I did not see this sooner, however,@Harold, the automated system does immediately send a confirmation email to the customer, once the order ships a tracking number is emailed promptly, we also have reps on the phone Monday-Friday 8am to 8pm EST, all messages are responded to in a timely manor. If you wish to discuss your specific order please call in I would gladly look into this for you.

Question:

Do they stand behind their 1 year warranty on car engines?

Answer:

Of course, But by the time you pull the engine back out, pay for shipping (fedex only). Then they have an engine guy test to make sure it's the engine they sent you and if what you say is true then maybe they'll credit you. Don't do business with this guy. Crappy engine and a bunch of bs.

The Wyckoff location is a call center. That item is not located in NJ it would be coming out of our warehouse in OR.

I ordered a motor from them. they are wanting a picture of id and payment card? is that normal?

Answer:

This is normal, due to a high rate of fraudulent transactions the company has imposed security measures to defend against this. We ask for copies of the ID and credit card when there are discrepancies between the billing address and what the credit card merchant has on file for you. We also request the photo ID and credit card when there is an excessive distance between the billing and shipping address, as in shipping from one state to another.

If you call in, have your order number ready and a representative will get that for you, if not check your email as the tracking number is emailed to you as well, also check the spam folder just incase.

We are unable to provide your tracking information here without your order number or full name, however depending on where you are in the country orders usually ship within 2 business days, after that it would vary how many travel days it would take to reach you depending where you are located. This was a total rip off for me. We expected an engine like the picture on line and receive a filthy old engine that I am unsure will even run. Rust in the water pump. Corrosion in the oil. To return it I would have to fork out about $1000. 00 dollars. WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL.
