I paid for an ecopy yesterday, still have not received my ecopy. Does that mean there's a problem with the processing of my registration renewal? If there is a problem, then why have i heard nothing from cartagz? I also submitted their ask us form, the only method they have of contacting customer service, yesterday at 3pm, i received an immediate reply saying that customer service is closed, even though it says they close at 4pm. I also sent another email to customer service at noon today, and received the same immediate reply that customer service was closed and that the hours for customer service were from 9pm-4pm, yes thats right 9PM to 4PM, several times in the email it says 9pm -4pm, ok, maybe a typo but either way 9am or 9pm to 4pm, noon is within either of those sets of hours cust service supposedly operates. Yet the automated reply is that customer service is closed, do they mean indefinetly closed, like forever?
