I'm guessing Refurbished and Used just by reading the reviews and the lack of answers. If a company can demand retraction of a review or threaten harassing emails to one's place of business, then they should be able to answer the most simple of questions.

So, guaranteed new? Certified Used? Warrantee eligible Reconditioned?
