How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at CharmRosy?

I've been trying for 2 weeks. It's impossible! And believe me, if you order from the site you will need to follow up with customer service because your items will never come. Do not waste your time or money.

Not easy at all. They offered me a $9 refund and to keep the crappy dresses!

No way! They're absolute crap quality. Cheap itchy fabric. NOT AT ALL THE SAME AS WHATS ADVERTISED ON LINE!
