No its not common because they are doing bussiness so they must attain whats the customers needed
Yes! They will avoid you because they are not a legitimate business. If they do respond at all, it will be a note in tortured English to "be patient" or they will blame the postal service. Tracking information doesn't work. They won't refund your money.
