How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Chinaking?

They claim to have several sites to order from but the one I use mostly is BeyondMenu which is their app to order their food. Lately, since this virus issue, it is very hard to get customer services or the store owner. It thinks it depends on what time you order on their sites.
