First of all I want to line out that my experience as a customer is only based on nuying products which are offered in the European stock of the company. I don't know anything about the procedure of the company if the products are sent from an non - european country (e.g. Asia).
I got the products, which I have ordered there. You pay buy WesternUnion, and as soon as they pick up the money they will process your order. They won't send you the order right away after they picked up the money (according to my experience they send the parcel ca. 1 week after the payment arrived). The parcel needs ca. 1 - 3 days to leave the country of the sender and it will need ca. 2 - 5 days until it is delivered (the time depends where you live in Europe).
In general I would say you need to wait 2 - max. 4 weeks for the parcel. The company is reliable and honest and will send the parcel with your products for sure. And as long the parcel is shipped within the European Union there is no risk at all that customs make problems.
