Q: I got a coupon good until Jan. 1, 2017 to use immediately on a purchase. I placed an order and attempted to use the coupon for 20% off my order, it was refused for "The Promo Code you entered is not applicable to your order, or code is invalid." Now if I received the coupon within an hour prior to placing my order how could it be invalid?
