I would advise to use PayPal if u order. I didn't have any problem with my orders but to be on the safe side use PayPal in case u have an issue PayPal will help u get a refund

I just noticed the same thing, these reviews are scary. But for some strange reason I didn't have a "terrible shopping experience" with them.
I ordered 3 sweatshirts last week September 15,2015 for a total of $21,
& they were delivered quickly within one week on September 22,2015.
The quality of the sweatshirts is decent enough EXCEPT for one that has a misspelling on it. That pissed me off. Oh & theres an average of $4 shipping fee per item, which can get costly if your going to order a couple of things.
Overall, my experience with Cndirect has been "Not-too-bad"

TIP: Always use Paypal just in case.
Because PayPal will always have your back if an order goes wrong.

Yes, you will be guaranteed that CNDirect will cheat you.
I truly believe that they sent me an already damaged watch case in hopes that they could scam me. How else can you explain them sending a glass case in an unprotected plastic envelope?
I have numerous complaints against them with different agencies and now I just found out they have a site in Dallas Texas so I will be making another charge to the BBB.
I am sure any positive feedback is self generated.
Avoid like the plague!
