Yes, pretty much. What you see online/ try in store will not be what you receive in the mail after you pay them. Not only is the color different from what they show you in store, the fit is also off and not well-made. When you ask for a refund, they will tell you it's "either 70% or nothing."

I think their online website is definitely a way to scam people. I purchased a bridesmaid dress online from them, and the return process has been a NIGHTMARE. I returned because the quality is very poor, and seems really cheaply made. I have never had such a difficult time trying to return anything ever in my life! Customer service is difficult to deal with - it's almost as if they want to make the return process as difficult as can be so you give up and just keep a dress you will never wear! After emailing back and forth for nearly a week, I was finally given instructions on how to proceed with my return. Throughout the email exchange, customer service (who spoke very broken English) kept telling me to take it to alterations and pay money to alter it so I would like it and keep it. I'm sorry, what?! She also kept telling me to use a mailing service which is more expensive than the others, and to buy insurance for my return. She also wrote multiple times that the mail carriers often lose packages and not to be surprised if my return gets lost. Again, almost making it seem like a pain to return it and that they likely wouldn't get it? I've never experienced this in my life! I did end up returning via USPS, did not buy insurance, have tracked it at every step of the way, and communicated the status of the package delivery to this customer service rep and asked for confirmation on her end when it actually arrived. I received confirmation of its arrival, but still waiting for my refund... With all this said, I would NOT recommend to anyone ever to buy online from them.
