I have also been buying from them for many years (10+) Then they decided it was too expensive to continue the valet service I had been receiving. They asked me to end my account or pay full shipping. In the meantime they had sent a wrong order-caffeinated instead of decaffeinated organic coffee. I cannot use caffeinated coffee for medical reason. They promised me a refund and said I should either throw the caffeinated coffee away or give it to someone. They never sent any refund despite numerous emails asking them to do the honorable thing and reimburse me. This had happened once several years before and the did send a refund. But this time the wanted to stop the valet service so I'm deducing I didn't count anymore and they had no business incentive to do the honest thing and refund my money. The order was $137 and some cents. This is a lot of money for me and I feel very angry but helpless. They are not honest and do not have integrity. I would have considered remaining a customer even without the valet service but they did not give me a chance.
