Hello,I just experienced my first transaction with Coinbase which is why I decided to check them out further. Perhaps I should have done more investigation upfront instead of relying on third-party recommendations. Nonetheless, I purchased ETH prior to it current bull market run. Coinbase, sent me an email stating my purchased was reversed for non-payment. However, my payment provider indicated that the account was never debited by Coinbase, which leads me to ponder, after reading the above comments, whether Coinbase took the coins (because of market gains) onto their own accounts and just claimed nonpayment. If so this is certainly fraud by any letter of the law. Unfortunately for Coinbase, they didnt realize they just pissed off a new customer who is also a licensed attorney. Having said that, I would be interested in exploring a class action lawsuit against Coinbase. You can contact us at http://thelegalconsult.com/contact_us

I would like to be included in this lawsuit. Someone stole my money and I was locked out of my account for 2 years until I created a new one. It was there that I found a legitimate phone number. My email is ileacb84@gmail.com

They are committing fraud legally and I don't understand how they can get away with it.
