on 12/26/19Its, easy to get a hold of, customer service! The, problem is they do, resolve the problem. A, total waist of time in my case. We, went around and around, in circles, thru emails, al-least, 30, emails! Over, something, as simple as a promised return label, thru mail. Finally, after 6 weeks, I, received my return label. I, did not receive much return left, hope to, before I run out of time. I, only have 2 months, from day, of purchase to have return processed. Never Again!
When they open at 4am its easy on the phone but later it can take an hour, maybe because of Christmas.on chat i had to wait 10 min
Why won't Columbia respond to my warranty claim? Is Columbia's warranty a scam?
