are they still in business. telephone not working and emails are not being returned.

It's a miracle to have them answering phones. And 99% of the time its employers don't know anything about out of the ordinary situations, they look like robots repeating phrases that the company gives them. It's frustrating to make any kind of complaint because no one is interested in solving problems, they just pretend to follow up.
