AVOID MATCH.COM LIKE THE PLAGUE. They post fake positive reviews themselves, they have been revoked by the BBB, the biggest scamming dating site in the world.

U are hitting "ads" that you aren't realizing. The ads always have handsome men or hot women. Be very careful. If you hover over something unsuspecting, look in the lower left corner and u can often see the URL before u leave the site. It will say "match.com" or some other web site. There are "You got messages" ads, too so beware of them as well.

Because customer support is very lousy and just don't respond. They are too busy battling the fake profiles I guess!

Sometimes depending on your behavior with whomever you are posting with, if they have flagged you as being a naughty poster, nude pictures etc you will be flagged and tossed

See above answer - someone probably flagged your picture, behavior or something. You aren't missing much. Horrible site.
