why is it that bad reviews of deals machine are in true english and good reviews are in bad chinglish , sounds a bit fishy , like maybe deals machine staff are the authors .
deals machine have deliberately avoided helping me and all for the cost of a 5.5 inch mlais m52 red note android phone , some might say forget it , its only a small amount of money but it would be even less to a big company like deals machine and yet they still fight on . Why do you collect payment first when most of your products are not available or back ordered? Isn't that cheating? And I know all your positive reviews are fake because of the bad English. Why so dishonest?
This letter from Laurentiu M. Is written in chinglish so is obviously sent in by a deals machine staff member, So, why do deals machine go to such lengths to maintain their bad image, wouldn't it be better to operate legitimately?.

I would like to know why a big company like deals machine would rather turn away customers over the price of a phone ( 70 usd) than try to keep them. And why dont they repair their image by satisfying all those they have ripped off.

The response from Steve F is spot on, I bought five times from deals machine and five different items arrived faulty and were sent back and now deals machine denies receiving anything despite being provided with postal receipts, Steve F is also right about who sends in the good reviews and the one from Raphael J looks very suspicious, written in true Chinese English style

Well, sometimes you can have problems with your orders because of the delivery, the transport, or others reasons, but this can take place with all the shoping pages, the most important thing is if the page where you made your order have a good solution for you and for this troubles. Now i have one and i hope they give me a solution

My experience, they advertise items they don't have in stock, even if you pay for express delivery, all they offer is excuses for not even dispatching it. Unfortunately there are a lot of suspect reviews on here, which are clearly not from real customers of theirs. I guess sometimes items may appear after months of waiting but why take a chance to possible save a few pounds/dollars.
