Answer:

Defenitely a scam. What I have learned... Don't do business or at least be wary of anybody that just uses Zelle. Prime scammers payment platform. Apparently you cannot reverse the charges using that platform and once the money is transferred? It's gone and you have no recourse. I was one of the fortunate ones who caught on before the transaction was done.

They will talk to you all you want until the money has been transferred. Once they have your money, they are no longer interested in you.
