Can anyone tell me why when you try to call Dermaliv it is only a busy signal all day long I can't get ahold of anyone do you have any information to give me?
I dont they dont refund the entire amount of money when the damn jar was reurned. Did not even order it.

They chsrged 24.95 for the jar was returned refunded 8.95. A rip odd. Didnt even order IT

Call the same number you ordered the sample from and tell them you don't want more products. If they have already sent you more products (which they do automatically) you will need a return number from them for each product. You will also pay to ship them back and pay a restocking fee. What a rip off!
