Hi - it's been nearly a year since your company cashed the $1599 check from my high school film club for a Canon XA-25 and we've yet to see a camera or a refund. What I have received is bogus UPS tracking numbers, endless hold times, and a serious runaround from everyone I have spoken with. No, they screwed my school's film club out of $1599. Filed a BBB complaint, etc. and no response at all.

NOPE! THEY OWE ME 3499. 00 and are trying to tell me I received my products when I have email proof from them stating my order was canceled and a full refund being issued. LIES!
