Yes it Is absolutely real. They are thieves. I just called my credit card company to do the dispute becoz they are not responsible for the dead plants they sent to me with all the charges including the shipping fee. This company has to be shut down for their dishonest business. I will fight for it and no more people will be mistreated and cheated.

Scam company, sham business. Refuse to replace dead plants that they send, even though you sent details and original mailing/shipping labels. Direct Gardening needs to be shut down because is is a sham operation, fraud company

Call your bank or card service and explain this is an unauthorized purchase the second it is charged, if already charged call asap.

How can i check my order?

Answer:

Cancel and challenge the charges from them with your credit card company immediately! Even if you do get your order, you very likely will have problems with the order and then their customer service will only jerk you around! Buy from anyone else but not them!
