PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from Dress Lilly. They have NO phone number and NO address so you can't return anything. I sent them an email to return something and they kept sending me an email that said "fill out the form below". And every time I sent the form back they would send the same email with the same form. That went on for a month! Finally I called my credit card company and they contacted Dress Lilly's bank. Dress Lilly's bank refunded me the money. The quality of their clothes are hideous. I don't know how they are still in business. Please stay away from Dress Lilly!

Hi. I wudnt bother they are poor quality and trying to get a refund is a nightmare. I will never ordering from them ever again.

It's fake and big fraud, I wonder how these people survive though they are deceiving people so openly. I ordered a jacket which arrived 60 days later and that was way too short for me almost a paper material. Simple waste of money

Don't order from them. I ordered something that was supposed to be in stock and after about 3 weeks it hadn't arrived so I logged a call and they didn't offer a refund but after I waited for another 2 weeks and in the end they wouldn't refund it as I'd raised a dispute with PayPal who eventually gave me the refund not them.

They lied throughout, stopped responding to my messages and used the same basic message to say things like give us your order number and we'll look into it.

Total scam if you ask me and I've still not received the goods despite them telling paypal that it was sent with a tracking number (that didn't exist) and then confirmed to me that they didn't send it tracked.

I hope paypal refuse to be associated with them as they are just liars and the goods they show (when people actually get something) aren't anything like the stuff shown.

This is not a reliable company. I placed two orders with them. One order finally came but it was not like the picture and was made and fit poorly. The other order never did come and it was impossible trying to get in touch with them. I would never order from them again.

Don't buy anything from the company. I paid for express delivery and it took weeks. You can't really return anything. They want you to email for instructions on returning something but I did several times. No response. Ever.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM DRESS LILY. PERIOD. The quality is terrible. The sizing is terrible. The shipping is terrible.

I would not order from them because the clothes I ordered in a women's 2xl would fit a child, there sizes are not USA sizes!

DO NOT do it. They are a waste of money and it's a crappy product. They sent me a dress that was so wrinkled and felt like paper. It took then 45 days too. When calling to ask why so long. They said it was policy. Stupid policy. I learned my lesson the hard way. Don't buy from them

Why would you want to take a chance and buy anything from this company? Their record is abymisal and odds are you would be better off flushing your money down the toliet. Buy your shoes from zappos or amazon. You will be much happier and protected with an American company with quality products.

I wouldn't order from them at all! I've been waiting for a huge order since I placed it on Jan. 27th. And I recieved only 2 things. I'm still waiting for my other stuff and it's been over 2 months. Becareful about the size as well, it's usually smallet! But please think twice. It's will never place an order here again. And this wasn't the first time with bad experience!

Definitely don't order. This company is a scam. They'll tell you if you're not satisfied they will take it back. But you have to pay for shipping to China. They offered me a $30 refund on $105 charge and shipping was $80.The pants I ordered were size 32 the ones I got wouldn't even fit my son and he wears juniors size.

IF you order, go way bigger than you think. They don't issue a refund for size problems. You can check their refund policy, it's clearly spelled out. But even if you have a legitimate dispute, you will have to go to great lengths to prove it. I did get a refund when I proved that my order was defective, but that is because I went through Paypal. So I recommend you pay with Paypal if you dare to order from this company.

I have never ordered shoes from them but everything else ordered was of poor quality and not anything like what I ordered. They make it impossible to return things for a refund. You can never reach anyone in customer service. I feel they are scam artists and should be avoided at all costs,

Dress lilly actually refunded my money. I am glad about that. It happened today, March 21,2016. I am glad they did the right things. I had a very bad experience with them but they did the right thing. I still wouldn't order from them.

I only ordered a coat from them. All I can say is do not order from them. I know many people who have ordered clothes and no one had good luck, including me. Read the reviews, save yourself the headache and your money. Right now Kohls, Ross, Payless, etc have excellent sales on shoes. Spend your money there.

Don't order anything... I was one of the lucky ones that did receive half my money back on my order but that still doesn't fix the fact that the cloth are way to small and the wire in the bra was broken

Stay VERY far from this company! All they sell is absolute garbage! You will NOT be happy and will NOT be able to return the garbage to them period. Well you can return it but it would cost more than the garbage you bought. Hope this helps!

I you want to buy anything from this company, DON'T. This company takes your money and you get nothing in return. This company is a scam. So glad you read reviews before buying anything from any company. Dresslily and zulilly are the same company, avoid this company at all costs. Go buy from your local store for shoes, you will be happy you did.

Yes, I love dresslily and just scroll the page of shoe measure the length of your foot put how many inches in the calculator box press calculate and will give you your size you need to anwser. Hope this helps... joyce

If you took the time to ask a question regarding Dresslily, I should think you read the comments. Having said that, absolutely order shoes from this company. Order anything you want. Just be prepared to get ripped off and don't expect any response from them in the event you do not receive your item or if it is garbage. Almost every comment expresses negative feedback.
