It is a real business but the customer service and receiving your merchandise is a joke. It takes forever to get it, if you get it at all.

It might be a legitimate website/company, but it's not dependable or reputable. Read the reviews and take my advice -- do NOT order from them. I had to fight to get my money back after not receiving my order for 2 months. I think the only reason I got my money back was because I had paid via Paypal and filed a complaint.

It is a legitimate website but the pics they show are not what you receive. It is ver poor quality clothes made to try to look like the pic. Then good luck getting any return or refunds. Consider your money as a donation because you will never get it back. You can only email them then they send the same basic response back everytime saying to read there refund policy. Then you doe gather ask and tell you the same thing. They are in China so again the prices seem great but what you get is only worth pennies

It may be a legitimate company but the clothes are not the quality we expect. They are not name brand clothes and the craftsmanship is very poor. One of the items I bought arrived soaked from rain I guess? I took it out of the package soaking wet and laid it on my washing machine to dry. The dye from the material leaked out on to the top of my washing machine and I had to buy chemicals to remove the dye. Everything about the garment is cheap and although it is a "copy" of what they show in the picture, it isn't wearable in my opinion. The effort it takes to get your money back isn't worth it. I just threw the clothes away.

It is a legitimate company, but as has been said before, poor quality, and even if you sent it back, it would cost you as much as the item did to send it back, so not worth it. The sizes are a joke. I order a 4 X for an item I was going to be using for a costume. I am normally a 1X, but this would not fit one of my legs. It did however fit my 10 year old niece who is a bean pole!

Yes, it is legit but the clothes are of cheap quality and I placed an order on 12/09 received two of the three items... asked for a refund for the 3 item and nothing as of yet I'm disputing charges with my credit card company now. This is not a US company this is an oversees company (China/Hong Kong) forget what the package said.

It is technically a real business, but there service is absolutely horrendous, From my petaonal experience. It took more than 4 months for my order to reach me, and upon receiving it, the sizes were completely off and did not look like the picture on the website at all. Also, they don't have a phone number so the only way to contact them is through the website, and even still, they take forever to reply, if at all. I would not recommend this site to my worst enemy. It is a legitimate website but the pics they show are not what I received. My jacket was of very, very poor quality made to try to look like the picure. When you try to contact them it is a mess. Email wouldn't go though unless you create an account and after creating the account SUBMIT button doesn't work. Also very impossible to get someone on the chat line. I was extremely frustrated trying to contact this Co. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I cannot answer the question. I NEVER received the two items I ordered and PAID for. DO NOT be misled by the cheap prices. The company is based in CHINA (I knew that when I ordered) so your items SHIP from CHINA. Good luck with your order, and especially if you request a refund. I finally sought retribution through PayPal, and the company was FAST to issue a refund through PayPal. I recommend that you use PayPal if you do order, because you can use PayPal for any issues.

Just remember if you purchase something DO NOT EXPECT to be able to return it either for another or refund, they respond slowly then ask for pictures, reviews, reasons... say they will let you know how to return but this never happens and then your time has expired to be able to do so. This was for a return that was definitely their fault sending the wrong size, which they admitted.

It is legitimate but quality is subpar and shipping can take months. Better off going to a second hand store. Likely get better quality.

I've had good experience from them. Of course the shipping takes long, but that's also because it is over seas. You also can't really complain what it is free shipping. Just don't expect high quality: you get what you pay for.

I'll keep it simple. If I had seen the negative feedback before I ordered, I would have moved on to another company.

It depends on your definition of "legitimate". They do exist, however, it is the worst experience ever for an online purchase. It was literally 4 months to the day before we received our two items. They were too small. Find another company, save yourself the grief.

I had to threaten to go to consumer affairs after multiple times of trying to contact them about not receiving my order... All of a sudden they were happy to help and resent my jeans.It was over 2 months before I finally got them. Until I said I was taking it further though noone would even reply to me.

Listen to everyone. Do not order from this company. What they advertise is NOT what you get. You get cheap, stitched up clothing. I made better clothes than that in home ec class my very first time. Their clothes also do not fit. I ordered an XL and it barely fit my eleven year old. I didnt want the hastle with their BS return policy, doing stupid things like taking pictures of myself with the clothes on, not to mention, paying the astronomical overseas shipping costs. I ended up donating them to goodwill.

Its a real company that should be put out of operation... the clothes are awful, Very poorly made and when you try to return it, you have to pay more than double what you paid for it to ship back... they offered me 11.78 on a 98.00 order. I reported them to the better business bureau.

Yes, this is a great site to order. I live in Florida and it normally takes 6 to 8 weeks to get my merchandise. I have been very pleased. You may need to check the measurements to make sure you get the correct size. It is not the size I would buy at a store in the US. I believe the women in Korea are alot smaller than we are. I guess it's true about our portion sizes. I would also look to see what the item is made out of. If you verify the size and quality, then you will be very happy with the item when it arrives. I have ordered from them numerous times and only a few disappointments. I have been happy with the majority of the items.

Oh it's a real website & company alright... but the service and products they aren't sure aren't. It's horrible. What gets me is that they are advertising on Facebook and Facebook is allowing them to continue to advertise. I think we should all approach this differently and start letting Facebook and the other companies that allow these people to advertise.

Legitimate in the sense they will take your money, yes. But not legitimate in the sense that they are slow, do not send you anything remotely resembling the pictures on the website, and just forget trying to make a return. They ask you to send pictures of all items you wish to return next to a tape measure explaining exactly how each item was not as described. I ordered a dress and received a shirt. Just one example. It was a horrible waste of time and money. Thank god their web payment didn't work and I went through PayPal. It took four months and at least 10 emails to resolve the issue, but I was finally able to get a refund through the PayPal dispute resolution center.

It is a legitimate company. Personally, i have bought many items from dresslily and i have so far always either received my goods or my money back. I did find a couple of dress a bit too short for my liking and posted a review saying that and dresslily got in touch with me asking more details to offer me a refund since the item is not good enough. I did appreciate that. When i got in touch with them i always stayed polite and when asking for a refund you need to wait 45 business days which i did then asked for the refund nicely and they refunded me. Be patient and you should be fine. I personally only had good experience and good customer service with them and do recommend them to people

I got sent the wrong items about 2 years back. I wanted a refund, my account didn't work as soon as I tried, the 'contact us' part on their page didn't work and I had no way at all to contact them personally. My friend also bought over $100 worth of stuff from them and only got some. I wouldn't do it...

I got what I ordered, but when I wanted to exchange for another size I could not get ahold of them. They have an automatic reply about the return (see below from others). Their chat on the website is never working and never answer the phone. As the others said, your money is a donation. Also watch, because they have other websites that all look the same. All have the same horrible reviews. I ordered the same product from a company named Azbro. I got my product in 2.5 weeks. They have a 97% rating on Ebay and my other searches showed good reviews. They do have a website as well as Ebay. They deserve your money not Dress Lily or their sister companies. Save your money and order from a company that actually cares about customer sevice. I know several people who have ordered from Dress Lily and everyone had extemely negative comments. I don't usually post reviews, but I feel others should know about this company and spend their hard work money somewhere else.

I placed an order last august, never received it. They won't refund me or send a new shipment. Basically, I'm out of luck. Scammers a as far as I can tell.

It is a legitimate company, but it IS also in China. As someone else said, the sizes are ridulously small, there are NO returns, and they expect you to jump through hoops with flaming torches before they even consider an exchange (photos done in a specific way, precise measurements, etc). I did receive my order, but of course cannot wear the item in question. I don't recommend shopping here. You will probably be aggravated and unhappy.

Yes, but it is more like Gambling at a Casino... sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. Just don't 'gamble too much money... remember that sizing is probably smaller than expected... it takes quite awhile for delivery... preferably buy only loose fitting clothing where fit doesn't matter, or accessories... I have a purse from this site that I get more compliments on than any person I have ever owned. I thought it was pretty cheaply made when it arrived, but I haven't stopped using it for months, it turned out to be absolutely the perfect size for all of my needs, and it is light weight, and as I said, 'nothing but compliments'. I also have a top that is fantastic... and yes I have had a couple of articles that totally didn't meet expectation, one had flaws, and the other not the size of their specified measurement and both times they refunded my money back to my credit card, not even a company credit so that to me is GOOD SERVICE. I know many others haven't had as good a results but maybe it is the approach that they have taken with the company, since they have been great with me. But remember every order is a gamble... so only spend what you can afford to lose, or are willing to give away to the Sally Anne. Hope this is helpful.

My experience was different... I did receive my goods within 3 weeks and the fact that i paid $6 for a bikini for my daughter i really wasnt expecting a high end quality of swim wear! And they look great on.

I do believe you have your answer as i am adding to the it took me months to get my order- not to mention they ship items out individually and the packaging is pretty random looking and label is written all in chinese so i legit had no idea which item was showing up!
The quality is def knockoff of whats pictured and the dress i ordered i wear as a cute top w jeans or leggings as i read their sizes run small... even their XL which is still tiny.

Is a word NO, do not buy from this company, They take your money if any good arrive, the quality is poor and incorrect sizing, most cases noting turns up.

I don't believe it is because they don't send goods, if you pay with PayPal and raise a dispute with PayPal, Dresslily say they can't refund while the dispute is open.

Luckily I managed to get a refund from PayPal but when I told Dresslily that I'd cancelled the dispute as their request, they immediately said they couldn't do anything further, hence showing what thieves they are!

I kept getting messages saying that if I let them know yr order number they'll do their best to sort it. No they don't, they fob everyone off with lies and excuses.

They even tried to tell PayPal the tracking number which didn't exist then told me they didn't send it tracked.

Don't order anything. Especially clothes. They show you a pic of the garment then make a cheap version of it. I got 3 of the same tops all in xl. When I opened them they were all different measurements. It was a joke. I bugged then until they finally gave me back half my money. That was fine cuz if I had to send the tops back the shipping would have been huge. And like someone else said. They have a lot of sites with different names.

If you've read any of the comments, I think it is safe to assume it's obviously not illegal. As for legitimate, that's questionable. They are very deceptive and have several other equally deceptive websites. Although what they're doing is legally deceptive, perhaps you should heed the multitude of warnings and shop elsewhere. Clearly, all our negative feedback speaks for itself. We all got burnt one way or another. Don't waste your time..

I don't consider them legitimate with so many bad reviews and my personal experience. After all the song and dance in the endless emails with unhappy customers... no, they are not a legitimate company doing business in the US. They are scam artists to say the least.

It is a company if you can call it that the top I ordered went right into the good will. The lace that was in it was all stringy and falling off. Do not order from them.

I would avoid like the plague. Items take ages to arrive, if they actually arrive at all, the items are fit for the bin only, the quality is the pits and the sizing - I ordered a large but it wouldn't fit a 5 year old. Then to cap it all the after sales is basically non existent so getting a reply to be able to return get a refund just does not happen. I opened a dispute with PayPal and did get a partial refund. Avoid them. They also trade under a selection of different names too so beware.

Yes it is legitimate. However the products are sold world wide. This means when you order a product they have to find the product in their warehouses across the globe. The clothes are really cheaply made and look way better online than what you get. Best rule for Dress Lilly is do not buy their products. You will have to wait at least 3 months for a shipment and will be very disappointed with the quality when it arrives. I was.

Yes I concur. This site is real however, the clothes are poor quality. I ordered from them last year. I kept two shirts out of a $223 order. They had a return address of Inwood, NY. I sent it back and messaged them the tracking number back in December. They claim this was the wrong address although they had it on their package. They are only willing to refund me $76 out of $223. I have two shirts to show for $147 spent if I take their refund. They are a nightmare company. There's no way to call them. If you create a ticket on their site you will be lucky to hear back from them. Save yourself the troubles!

Real, yes. But the clothes are so inexpensive that when they send you something not like the picture you are disinclined to fight them for a refund. My sweater was less than $20. They wanted pics, measurements, said would only refund if defective. I was not going to spend more time and money to send it back when I could just hear them saying there was nothing defective about it. Bait and switch is their company policy.

I must have clicked on the cute coat once and after that, I kept seeing it on the side of my Facebook feed, finally, in a weak and stupid moment, I ordered the cute coat. But 5 weeks later, I do not have the cute coat, and from what I've read, if I were to get it, it won't fit. They said they would refund my money, but that would take another 45 days...

It's a real company but like others have stated the clothing is not what is pictured on their website. Very very poor quality and yes getting a refund or sending the clothing back is near impossible. They are out of China and only email you what appears to be a gerenic response that everyone would receive. You're basically giving your money away when ordering anything from this company. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else; even if it cost more it will be worth it.

Legit website... company has no ethics what so ever. They are quick to take your money and slow as a snail in Alaska to deliver. I cancelled my order and demanded my money back. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY... save your money and order elsewhere. They are also affiliated with 4-5 other sites that pull from the same warehouses... beware.

I personally has a great experience with the company. I read a lot of bad comments and reviews beforehand, but also some good ones. I also didn't expect the product to look exactly as the picture. I ordered a size up as they are Asian and run small. For the price I was thrilled.

Okay so I'm guessing you must work for dresslilly due to the fact you keep asking questions a million times over and every time you get the same answer do not order from this "company" is it a ligit company no I don't think so because they don't follow through with orders their customers service is none exsistant and their size are all over the place as for their Web page anybody can make one up to look good doesn't mean jack s**t though when all they do it take your money and

To me, a company that shows stylish clothes in their online catalog and then delivers junk that does not resemble the pictures at all is not legitimate in the broader sense of the term. Plus, you cannot return the stuff for refund--if you return, you have to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS and all they give you is "wallet" credit--they apparently hope that because shipping is more expensive than the price of the product, people will "flush it down the toilet", as a reviewer said, rather than bother more with it. So, yes, I consider it a scam, no matter how "legitimate" they are as a business on technical terms.

I think what happens is you place an order and then they "hand" sew it which explains the poor quality, inaccurate sizing, and the extreme delivery delay. If you don't get your order at all that means the seamstress gave up on trying to make it. This place is a joke to say the least. I made my mistake with this company paying 5 items open a ticket on there website as there items was wrong in size and quality was really bad no reply from 2 weeks from date opened PayPal case 2 more weeks later no reply from them sent all the items back to crap land PayPal case won :)

Yes, this is a real company, but it's all made in China/Japan with discounted materials so it's much cheaper, however that does affect the quality. So if you want it to last/look perfect, you may not want to go with them but if you're willing to scrimp on quality and go for savings, then this is a good company to go with.
