I'm using this co for a current booking which is through hertz. hertz told me price was £100 more. will i get my money back?

We will do our best to resolve the issue raised. In order to be able to investigate the charges made, we need the rental agreement that you signed locally, as well as the final invoice issued by the car provider at the end of your rental. Please scan and send us a copy of the above documents attached with the voucher number by e-mail to customerservice@economycarrentals.com. Please rest assured that in the case of an error we will make all the necessary arrangements to adjust the charges.

Our system looks always for the best available rate for the car group requested so the provider can change any minute as we are connected online with the car rental companies. Our rates usually include the standard insurance package, which is a Full insurance package (Excess Applies). In case extra insurance is preferred to be included in your reservation, then you can request this to be added and paid at the local station upon pick up procedure. All the taxes and fees are included and in the rare case that a fee is not included, it is mentioned on this specific offer and at the terms and conditions as well. Hye, i rent a car in riga next month. can i drive freely also in estonia and lithuania?

If you wish to cross to another country with the rented vehicle please ensure you read the ACROSS THE BORDER RENTALS segment from the T&C (Terms and Conditions) of the offer of your interest. There you will see the list of countries that you are allowed to cross with the rented vehicle. Please note that if you are allowed to cross to Estonia and Lithuania you will have to add a Cross Border Card to your booking on OPTIONAL EXTRAS.

Hello! Thank you for contacting! The price includes insurance with excess. The excess is your liability in case of damage or theft. Thus, the excess amount has to be blocked from your credit card and in case of damage or theft you will be charged up to the excess amount. If you wish to reduce the excess amount of your rental you can add extra insurance upon the pick up of the vehicle from the car rental company. However, you can add our refundable service at the last step before booking "theft and damage excess protection" and in case of damage or theft you will be able to claim back the charges from EconomyCarRentals.com Hope this clarifies your questions.
