It's a SCAM, it's taken my order over two months to "process". Don't expect a refund either
The one order of 123 go nails is cheap knockoffs from apres, keira sky, and the like. They break off easily and you won't realize until later. And I used their soufflé gel with it. Very cheaply made!
It's very hard. The best bet is to going to their website and it tells you when support is available you have to constantly keep checking back and it'll say agents are available or agents are not available that's your best bet
Yes, there are other companies that might cost alittle but worth it not to have wait 4-8 weeks for shipping.
Possibly if you are happy to wait and are not put off by their terms of service which I reccomend you read carefully. Similar products of the same quality can be bought elsewhere.

This is a review website they're not going to check on your order for you. That being said over the last several months enailcouture is experiencing a massive delays so you should not be concerned unless it's been more than 3 months orders are massively massively behind about 30 business days before they ship out
The gel press on is a newer concept but there are a few other companies that have similar products that are comparable in price and quality that have received good reviews. I chose to purchase from Max Estrada and Enail Couture because I really liked his tutorials and videos on YouTube and his company was fairly new and I wanted to support a small business.
