You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I wish I wouldve read these reviews prior to purchase. Sure prices are lower (not much), but the shipping is slow (even if they tell you the product would arrive by a specific date it wont arrive on time - they claim its an estimation of delivery and they cannot guarantee delivery times) and the customer service is non-existent.

Took waaayyy longer than the estimated. It needs to be more clear, when you order, how much it can vary.

It took 6 calendar days by UPS ground regular service, to Toronto, CA.

Here is the deal: If they stock the item and have lots of the product, shipping times are reasonable (note: not fast)... If they are selling product that the manufacturer or distributor stocks, shipping times are horrible as they do not let the manufacturer drop-ship directly to the customer... Therefore, you have to wait for them to open and re-ship the products once THEY get them from the manufacturer or distributor... Side not... They tape together old boxes to re-ship your goods... As everyone else has mentioned, their customer service is atrocious... Great website as long as you don't need it fast or have a problem (even one that is the result of their error)...

Cheap prices and cheaper customer service. When I ordered was shipped direct from the manufacturer and took a couple weeks. The problem I ran into was when my order was defective. Return nightmare - I spent 50$ for a flat basketball and would have cost more money to return. Good luck with your order. Better buying from a company that has name recognition and actually cares about their reputation and customer service. Epicsports = epicfail

A lot of there stuff on there website comes from the manufacturer and is not even in their warehouse. If you add embroidery you have to wait for them to recieve it then they take 5-10 days to do custom work. It may take a month to get it. And if an item is out of stock from manufacturer they don't even send you an email telling you it is on backorder. Not to mention if you order multiple items, they hold the whole order until it is all ready so the stuff they do have in stock, could be shipped out in 24 hours upon your order but you won't get it shipped to you until the whole order is ready. And yes it is usually a month or so before you recieve it.

Yes it will take a very long time and I paid almost $12 for one swimsuit to be shipped. This company was the worst I've ever dealt with and the management was unbelievable and I don't mean that in a good way.

Whatever time it takes, you are much better off buying from a reputable sporting goods on line store like Sports Authority or $#*!s Sporting goods.
This company was a nightmare to deal with especially if you have to make a return.
