I too would like to get an update as to the status of an order I placed on August 3rd. I have tried numerous times to not only email support, fill out their form on the website as well as call and leave a message a number of times. There was no delay in charging my credit card, but the "status" on my order has remained order confirmed for what is now just about a month.
