on 7/12/17Please refer to your policy terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds. Customers may cancel their policies at anytime. If a customer cancels within the first 30 days and they have had no claims they will receive a full refund. If a customer cancels after 30 days and they have not had any claims, they will receive a pro rated refund of the unearned premium. Customers that have had a claim are not due a refund.
