Please return the money you took out of my mother's visa account. The email you sent stated that you would take out the fees in installments not $700 in one day, plus more on the way. She is over 80 years old and you have taken her entire fortnight's money. Her student number is 4283026. She wants all her money returned and she wants out now.

I have the same experience - they took from my visa account 824 Euro for 1,5 teaching hours - the whole amount for the whole semester even if I cancelled after 1,5 teaching lessons:-(
