DO NOT EVER order from this site again! Horrible quality, they show you a pretty picture and send you a cheap, like extremely cheap looking clothing which looks no where close to the pic. Then they say for refund you need to ship it all the way to China on your dime!

They're going to try to burn you. Accept it and make as much trouble as possible for them. I eventually got every penny returned to me, but it took about 6 months. The only way they will change their business practices is by customers refusing to be ripped off.

Never order from fashionmia, I was lacky when I ordered from them I payed through paypal and I was able to get my money back once they never delivered the items. Always pay through paypal when you have the option

Nice at first, then WATCH OUT! That's what happened to me about sizes too small and about them sending coupons instead of a refund. That was in February this year. Nothing yet.

This company is scammers and liars. Their products are of horrible quality; I received all items I ordered, I could not return them. Other people who didn't get their items as you did could not get them at all. They try to bribe clients to write good reviews for refund. Never trust good reviews about this company and never order from them again.

This is the worst site to order anything from.
If you ever get your order you will be in for a shock. Your extra large anything will not even fit a 6 year old child. The material is cheap and the craftsmanship is awful. Save your money and stay away from this site.

Everyone who has dealt with this fraudulent company has had the same issues! I waited a month then canceled my order, but they promised to ship priority, two months later after I sent numerous emails and demanded a refund they promised a half refund then shipped the items all but 2 within a week. Everything was fit for a toddler! So now they won't even respond to my emails! I hope these ppl get what they deserve, soon!

Carol, Please try Zulily instead. They have great fashions. Give you a tracking number and are pretty fast delivery. The quality is great, with cheaper prices. I'M suprised you got even 1 package from them and really suprised anyone ever gets a refund. I still haven't got mine after 8 disputes and like 5 emails. My order was placed in Feb. All I can say is fashion mia stand for fashion missing in action

Hey carol same thing happened wid me I was also worried about order but dnt worry all ur stuff will reach you but it might take 2 to 3 months. Nd do track ur order frequently.

This company is disreputable and dishonest. You may never get your items. If you do tthey will be the wrong size and poor quality. So sorry people are still falling for their scam.

Sorry to hear that you ordered from them. They are a scam operation and not even a real company. I ordered several items in January and after a month of waiting I said cancel the order. They immediately sent two items to try to keep all of my money by doing a shipment. Meanwhile I disputed with my bank and got my money back. I hope you are able to dispute your charges and get your money back. Someone needs to shut them down.

These people are so bloody disorganized! I had received my packages separately as well. Like one week apart. They were both over a month late. Material is so cheap and disgusting that I would have rather that they'd never sent anything and reimburse me but who knows if i would have seen my money again. Please never ever order from them again.

Its sometimes a lenghty processing time coming from China. But give the tracking numbers to your local post office and have them to check in their system or they may be sitting at the office waiting for pick up. In any event keep in contact with the seller. Good Luck

Don't ever order from them again. I waited over 2 months for an order and once it arrived it wasn't what I ordered and the two dresses that were what I ordered were awful.

Carol u need to stay on top of them an ur other items. They have a tendency of sending what they want when they want it don't matter what u want. So don't trust them. If u ordered thru paypal I would contact them!

They responded in most cases on the same day. You have to submit your issue via their website. I ordered 3 dresses and wanted to exchange 2 based on size. They let me keep the 3 and refunded me for 3 so I could (re)purchase whatever i wanted. This company is legit.

Stay on them. Don't stop contacting them. Three months after I ordered, I finally got a refund. At first they were going to keep some of the money but I stayed on their case. Never saw the merchandise!

The bad reviews are real I ordered 6 dresses 3 months ago, And I still missing have of my order. Also the dresses I got they have terrible quality, wrong size, they asked for extra shipping payment. 3 of the dresses where out stock and they sent me and alternative that I never got yet. And Today I got and e. Mail from the Chinese Government that I have to pay ORDER INSURANCE, to get my staff from FashionMia.

Well, Mary G., it looks like it's a matter of luck then. My order took more than a year (march 2015) and there are still 2 items missing.

It takes forever to ship and the clothes don't fit. I will never order from them again

I had to wait almost 8 weeks to receive part of my order. Had all my order in 11 weeks. 2 items awesome 4 items past way junkie. Threadbare material used. Sewing looked like a child had done it. Uneven hems. Threads hanging. Wasn't worth my time to try for refund. PayPal was willing to go after them for refund When something seems to good to be true it usually is not.

If you received one package and the other one is separate you can keep up by going into "my orders" look for the order that has not arrived. And next to it under status it should say dispatched. If so right underneath the order u should see a "track" icon click on it and it will tell you where your package is step by step from country to country. It can take up to 3 weeks once it hits Delancey street in new York you should be expecting at anytime

I hope you receive your package because in my case they cancelled my order and I never received my money. This was December of 2015. I wish you luck. The biggest ripoff that you will get. Ask Kitty to return your money and you will never get. I will continue to advocate against this awful company.

I had to get my money back through PayPal they kept trying to get me to cancel my dispute saying they would pay me but I did not trust them

Who knows Carol. Its a blag site. I paid an extra £10 fir a 3-5 day delicery and it took 6 weeks. The quality was awful.
Lucky I paid with a credit card. They refunded my money.
Do not use this Company.

This company are scamming people and total con merchants. Get on to PayPal or your card comp any and get your payment back. The goods are shoddy... there is zero customer care and you should operate zero tolerance in this regard. They are preying on innocent people and Getting away with it.

My dear I don't know about that the items I bought about 3 where shipped in 2 different packs but I got them at the same time.

This is an asswer to Carol B. About her packages delivery. Dear Carol, It seems that it is carbon copy what happened to me since Janueary, early January. They never delivered the second package, and inside the first package they send me garbage, all plastic material, smaller than the sizes and measurements they advertised. So I tried to send the package back, and it was more expensive to send it back to them, than what I was going to get back. In my view, it is all a big scam to pocket your money... a fraud just like any other. Then, I wrote a review here, and finally all they want it is for me to open a Pay Pal account to refund the money. I had bad experiences with PayPay, so I refure to reopen the account, since I will not deal with them either. So, four months later, I am still in Limbo, and they simply ignore what I say in my emails to them about sending a bank wire from their bank to mine, as they did on a portion of my refund. I ofcourse paid with my credit card, but they have refused to put the refund in there too. These are all the people that I dealt with at fashionmia, and never a manager... as they cover for them saying that they are on vacation, not in the office, and every lie possible. They also lied to me about my refund being in the process stage, when they never did a thing. I get the feeling that they expect you get tired of waiting and give up, so that they get to keep your money. I hope that this helps you. It could be that some stuff was out of stock and things are being sent seperately. That happened to me but I've always received my stuff no problem.

If it is worth pursuing to you, it helps to be polite and respectful while tenaciously persistent. And it definitely helps to document what is happening on site jabber. I was so thankful for the quick turnaround once I posted here after months of my own saga. I am sorry this happened to you, too. You are not alone. These are growing experiences--I have resolved to be content with what I have these days and take a looonngg shopping hiatus.

Weird that they have delivery confirms and only received one. Mine were delivered a day apart and I had no issues. I referred to many others for items.

Be patient they are over seas. I also waited 3 wks., but I wasn't needing the dress I ordered for a special occasion. I simply liked the looks of the dress. Its true; the quality may not be of the quality you expected... but what was the purchase price? I paid $9.85 for a bodycon dress that looks great. It may not last through extensive washing and wearing but in a few months it doesn't matter much cause there is always a new event needing a different look. Or we put on some weight and can't wear it anyway. So, why fret? Just give ample time for the delivery; can't beat the price and the clothes are trendy. Do not expect delivery in a week. Impossible. But you be the judge and please give ample time for the articles of clothing that you need. I love my outfit, yes I waited, but I allowed the ample time needed from an overseas company. I can afford to discard this dress, if I so wish to do so... cause the cost was cheaper than going to McDonald's.
Do at least inspect the goods. And take it from there.
